OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Court Obsession. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Court Obsession.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. OUR STORE

Court Obsession sells clothing, sportswear, accessories and related products through our online store.

Our website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

You must not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, images, descriptions and specifications as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations.

We may change or discontinue products at any time.

All products are subject to availability.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• there has been an obvious pricing or product information error;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
• we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on our website in the currency shown at checkout.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. PRE-ORDERS

Some Court Obsession products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for dispatch.

Where a product is a pre-order item, we will make this clear on the relevant product page.

Any estimated dispatch or delivery date for a pre-order is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing, transport, customs or other circumstances.

If there is a significant delay affecting your pre-order, we will aim to let you know using the contact information provided with your order.

Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights are not affected by purchasing an item on pre-order.

6. DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and prices are displayed at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you where appropriate and take reasonable steps to minimise its effect.

For international orders, customs processing may affect delivery times.

7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains our returns process.

In addition to our own returns policy, consumers may have statutory rights, including rights relating to cancellation of online purchases and faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Where you exercise a statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase, any refund of delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Products supplied by us must comply with applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, the Court Obsession name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, written content and other original material appearing on our website belong to Court Obsession or are used by us with permission.

You may use our website for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or use our intellectual property without our prior permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

10. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We aim to ensure information on our website is accurate and up to date, but occasional errors may occur.

If we discover an obvious error relating to a product, price, description or availability, we may correct it.
